What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving sustainable business growth by developing high-level relationships and tailored solutions. You will work cross-functionally to align commercial strategies, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure long-term account performance.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic company accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Develop and implement solutions with customers to enhance product competitiveness and outcomes.
- Build and maintain senior-level and C-suite relationships to drive market expansion.
- Partner with multiple business units to align account strategies and support stabilization and growth initiatives.
- Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales success.
- Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-,
and long-term account strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
- Ensure achievement of account budgets while supporting all business units across Colombia.
What you will need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing C-suite stakeholders and strategic or corporate accounts.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced).
Preferred:
- Experience in medical device companies.
