As a Senior Copywriter, you are a creator who thrives in writing and storytelling. You consistently deliver bold, relevant, and culturally resonant ideas that drive impact for clients and culture. Responsabilidades

- Consistently elevate the storytelling and brand voice behind every idea and execution.
- Produces disruptive ideas with high impact on both culture and client business with a strong creative hit-rate and standout execution.
- Translate business objectives into powerful verbal ideas that resonate with audiences and move the brand forward.
- Build deep knowledge of the client’s business, category, and audience.
- Craft case studies that tell a clear, compelling story and showcase creative excellence.
- Partner with your Art Director to deliver unified creative ideas to strategically sound ideas that reflect both verbal and visual excellence.
- Lead partnerships with Strategy, Account, and Production to align creative vision, anticipate challenges, and ensure seamless execution.
- Share your knowledge with junior creatives and elevate the thinking of others through coaching, feedback, and inclusion.

Cualificaciones

- 5+ years of experience in writing, advertising, or related creative field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but evaluated based on portfolio and potential.
- Strong writing,



editing, and storytelling skills; motion/video scripting is a plus.
- Ability to communicate rationale behind concepts.
- Passion for language, ideas, brands, and culture.
