What we are looking for?

We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive BIA Analyst ready to drive impact. If you enjoy solving complex problems, converting data into insights, and supporting strategic decisions, this role is for you.

As part of our Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Team, you’ll collaborate across key areas of the business to identify opportunities, enhance performance, and strengthen the data foundations that enable our growth.

What You’ll Lead & Own

- Drive strategic decision‑making by owning and maintaining high‑impact dashboards used at all levels of the organization. Your work will directly influence business outcomes and long‑term planning.
- Partner with business leaders to turn real operational challenges into actionable, data‑backed solutions that move the company forward.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, building smarter, more automated processes and eliminating manual work across teams.
- Architect scalable data models and SQL/Fabric structures that become the backbone of our BI ecosystem.
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex data sets, uncovering insights and proactively identifying issues before they affect performance.




- Communicate clearly and influence effectively, becoming a trusted BI partner who guides teams with clarity, accuracy, and insight.

Mandatory Requirements

- Advanced level of English is an absolute must.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related analytical field.
- Advanced Power BI proficiency (building, maintaining, and troubleshooting dashboards).
- Strong SQL skills (writing queries, optimizing, troubleshooting joins, working with large datasets).
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or strong ability to learn it quickly.
- Comfortable translating business needs into structured, actionable data requirements.
- Strong plus: Experience in Sales and Marketing.

Nice to Have

- AI tools for analysis
- Experience in data analysis, operations, or project coordination.
- Experience with SharePoint (lists, site management, workflow basics).
- Ability to communicate with technical teams (dev, BI, automation).
