We are hiring a Technical Business Analyst!

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to partner with Product, Engineering, and AI-assisted delivery teams to design clear, structured, and scalable business and technical context.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyze and document business rules, data flows, integrations, APIs, and system interactions
- Create high-quality functional documentation, process flows, and solution context
- Collaborate with AI tools to generate requirements and testing scenarios
- Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure technical accuracy and business alignmentAct as a bridge between business and technical teams

Requirements:

- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and multi-system environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced English level (B2+)

Preferred:

Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or enterprise environments
