Sportsbar Lead

We are looking for a Sportsbar Lead who is able to identify good talent within the team and promote their professional, work-related, and personal growth by providing them with the necessary learning tools for the proper functioning and performance of their tasks, delegating activities to them, and organizing them for a harmonious operation.

What you'll do

- Review and control the daily openings and closings of each store under your charge through various Slack channels.
- Plan the staff schedules for the Experience Center on a weekly and timely basis.
- As the first instance in the operational hierarchy, manage and control the staff in your charge at the store.
- Train your team according to the needs of the operation, adapting them to change.
- Identify shortcomings in the functions of your team and provide appropriate feedback and a plan for improvement.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the services offered by our betting house and the benefits available, as they are key tools for engaging and persuading customers, to train your team commercially.
- Be fully knowledgeable about the operation of our website and all user access points.
- Manage and control store inventories across all variables.
- Implement strategies to retain customers, focusing on excellent customer service and persuasive skills.
- Manage and control the image of the Shops or Sports Bars, considering the cleanliness of the location, the display of gifts for customers, and sports items, to influence customer consumption decisions.
- Act as the responsible intermediary for communications issued by the company that are of general interest or affect the operation.




- Ensure compliance with the different codes of conduct and dress code inside the experience centers.
- Ensure that processes and functions outlined in various manuals are followed by the staff at the Experience Center.
- Be available to respond to requests even if you are not in the Shop or Sports Bar, as long as the operation demands it.
- Plan and organize different activities in the Shops or Sports Bars under your responsibility, such as anniversaries, special sports events, reservations, or BTL activations.
- Assign tasks to staff and delegate responsibilities, leveraging the talents of your team.
- Ensure the proper availability of supplies necessary for the operation.
- Follow up on and address customer inquiries, comments, and questions related to sales and service.
- Control and schedule purchases of various products and supplies needed for operations.
- Keep a detailed and responsible record of balances at the end of each shift for the corresponding audits.
- Maintain a chronological and organized record of money transactions, such as deposits to RSI, ensuring they align with all relevant metrics.
