Position: Small Business AI Evaluator (Spanish Speakers)

Type: Short-term Contractor Assignment

Compensation: $7/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 40 hours/week

Duration: 10 Weeks

Start Date: Immediate

Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate and compare responses from multiple AI chatbots across real-world small business scenarios
- Create realistic business-related prompts based on predefined user goals and operational challenges
- Interact with AI chatbots through multi-turn conversations (up to 5 turns per conversation)
- Assess AI-generated responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, relevance, and business applicability
- Provide structured feedback, rankings, and comparative evaluations of model outputs
- Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results following project guidelines
- Review AI-generated content related to marketing, customer management, business operations, market research, and financial planning
- Work with various input formats including spreadsheets, PDFs, images,



and business documents as part of evaluation workflows
- Apply business knowledge and critical thinking to assess AI performance in practical business situations

Requirements

- Business owner experience or strong understanding of small business operations is required
- Strong professional experience
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow structured evaluation frameworks and detailed guidelines
- Comfortable interacting with AI tools and digital platforms
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback
- Experience with business operations, customer management, marketing, market research, or financial planning is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
