To support that mission, we’re expanding our Sales team and are looking for a high-performance Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in outbound sales, accountability, and results-driven environments.
About the Job
As a Sales Development Representative, you are the front line of revenue at elev8.io. Your mission is to generate qualified sales opportunities by engaging, educating, and qualifying behavioral health decision-makers through structured outbound efforts.
This is not a passive lead-follow-up role.
Success is measured by meetings booked, meetings attended, and downstream revenue impact - not activity alone.
This role is idóneo for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and hungry to build a career in sales leadership, account executive roles, or revenue operations.
Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia
What You’ll Do
- Execute structured outbound campaigns across:
- Email sequences and personalized outreach
- Social selling and thought‑leadership engagement
- Gift-based outreach (books,
planners, events)
- Research and personalize outreach by ICP, role, and trigger events
- Continuously expand TAM by adding new target accounts weekly
Discovery & Qualification
- Run high‑quality appointment‑setting and early discovery calls
- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Clearly articulate elev8.io’s value proposition and growth framework
- Hand off clean, qualified opportunities to AEs that convert
Systems & Process Discipline
- Log all activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in Salesforce
- Maintain 100% pipeline hygiene with zero overdue tasks
- Use Fireflies for call recordings, summaries, and prep notes
- Follow SDR SOPs, sequences, and qualification standards rigorously
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles (B2B, SaaS, or agency preferred)
- Proven success booking meetings with U.S.-based decision‑makers (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of outbound channels:
- Cold email and sequences
- Cold calling (bonus)
- Familiarity with or willingness to master:
- ClickUp
- ChatGPT & AI tools
- Sales enablement and sequencing tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Competitive mindset, coachability, and obsession with results
