Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Run Google Ads and YouTube campaigns for property listings and brand awareness.
- Improve website ranking through SEO optimization.
- Coordinate real estate video marketing and client testimonials.
- Create and manage print advertising (flyers, postcards, signage).
- Track performance and report analytics regularly.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in real estate or digital marketing.
- Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, YouTube marketing, and social media tools.
- Graphic design or Canva experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
