About the role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator (Talent Associate) to join Omnicom Production LATAM in Bogotá.

This role focuses on supporting production workflows, operational coordination, and content delivery processes across multiple projects. You will work closely with production, account, and operations teams to ensure projects are executed on time and with strong process control.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in production or audiovisual environments who is looking to grow into a more structured, operations-focused role.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate production workflows and support day-to-day project execution
- Track timelines, deliverables, and task completion across projects
- Manage assets, documentation, and internal systems
- Support cross-functional collaboration with production, account, and operations teams
- Ensure quality control and adherence to internal processes and workflows
- Assist with workflow organization, reporting, and project tracking
- Support production-related administrative processes





Additional exposure

- Support contract-related processes and documentation
- Assist in coordination with external stakeholders when required
- Contribute to compliance and internal process alignment

What we’re looking for

- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Production coordination
- Audiovisual or post-production environments
- Project coordination or operations roles
- Account coordinator / account executive roles (agency environment)
- Advanced English level (mandatory)
