Job Title

Clerk / Accounting / Customer Service / Route Planner / Operations / Regional & Nationwide Sales Representative (Full-time/Part-time)

Location

Medellin, Colombia (in-person office only; no remote or hybrid options)

Responsibilities

- Identify prospects through self-generated internet searches, databases, directories, and other lead listings.
- Set appointments for businesses interested in RPGL services.
- Influence and persuade customers to purchase logistics services by identifying their specific problem areas.
- Maintain up-to-date records of names, addresses, and follow-up activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Perform heavy phone work, making 150+ calls per day.
- Build instant rapport with callers over the phone.
- Adapt and respond to varying situations and personalities.
- Handle rejection with resilience and motivate self to achieve goals.
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with a positive mindset.
- Maintain at least one year of customer-service experience (logistics industry preferred).

Qualifications & Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Motivated to learn with no prior experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher (preferred).

- Bachelor’s degree related to business administration or logistics.
- English skills B2+ or higher (preferred).

Offers & Compensation

- Schedule: Full-time or Part-time positions available; hours based on U.S. time zones.
- Workplace: On-site office in Medellin.
- Full-time salary: 2,900,000 COP per month (or more, depending on the position).
- Part-time salary: $700–$1,500 USD per month.
- Alternate salary range: $2,500,000–$3,500,000 COP per month (full-time).
- Expected hours: 48 per week.
