Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate qualified prospects as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas.
Responsibilities
- In charge of lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
- Utilize the in‑house CRM system and other tools to generate and effectively manage a pipeline of leads.
- Drive sales efforts and initiatives, and implement sales and marketing plans provided by the sales team.
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients.
Requirements

Minimum requirements
- Studies: High School Degree is required. Having a Bachelor’s degree is not required but is a plus. Desired studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finance, Logistics, or any other career‑related field.
- Experience: Experience in Logistics is required. At least 6 months of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, logistics or related. Must have a book of business and sales experience.
- Language: Advanced English skills (B2).
Perks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We work by the American calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- Places: Medellín, Barranquilla or Bogotá. This position will be hybrid – two days from home and three days at WeWork Santa Fe.
- Salarry: 3800000 – 4500000 COP depending on requirements.
