Responsabilidades

- Developing and facilitating curriculum designed to help increase learners usage of conversational English in both written and verbal formats.
- Evaluates developing language skills.
- Provides 1:1 coaching to improve both verbal and written communication skills.
- Conducts phone and case quality observations to ensure the quality of the communication skills used.
