Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and safety‑oriented Health & Safety Supervisor to join our team in Colombia. This position is responsible for ensuring full compliance with Colombian occupational health and safety regulations, as established by Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019, and for promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating occupational risks; serving as an H&S; advisor; implementing and maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG‑SST); and ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

- Identify emerging and existing workplace risks due to changes in work conditions or new equipment.




- Report risks to management and propose preventive measures.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify new risks, monitor equipment condition, and ensure the proper use of safety equipment.
- Prepare, update, and archive occupational safety documents, including prevention and protection plans.
- Report on safety activities and improvements.
- Work with external services for risk assessments and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Safety and Health Committee and propose measures.
