Overview
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Specialist in Bogota to manage the serialization and registration program for suppliers.
Location
Bogota, Colombia – Full time.
Reporting
Reports to the Director, Revenue and Brand Protection.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contact suppliers to introduce the program and assess readiness.
- Work with the IT development team to onboard new suppliers and promote them from development to product environments.
- Identify supplier issues to ensure high‑quality serial data and correct data gaps.
- Manage Power BI reporting and identify gaps for proactive monitoring and detection of supplier issues.
- Ensure compliance with ESPR plans and support the ESPR program.
- Support Product Serialization and Registration and gray market initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English (reading and writing).
- International experience and understanding of cultural differences.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team.
- Investigative mindset and ability to work across an integral organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and establish credibility with regional partners and Rockwell Automation staff.
