Based in San Antonio, Texas, VND (www.vndx.com) has been a leader in web/app development, IT solutions, and server hosting since 2002. We are seeking a remote sales agent to join our hybrid team. Base pay range: $20,000.00/yr - $27,000.00/yr. This is a remote role with a focus on the United States market and English-language communications.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify leads through cold calls, emails, and networking (targeting the United States market; all communications in English).
- Educate prospects before the pitch; focus on empowering rather than just selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct deep market research to understand the landscape and identify key targets.
- Negotiate, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction and VIP treatment.
- Maintain the CRM with daily wins and progress updates.




- Manage ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and explore opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry shifts, market conditions, and competitor tactics to adapt sales approaches.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years in tech sales with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of tools such as Instanly.ai for email marketing and Apollo.io for lead hunting.
- Some college experience (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Fluent English; all sales efforts conducted in English.
- Full-time commitment: M-F, 8am–5pm CST, with remote work flexibility.
