Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused International Moving Coordinator to manage the end-to-end relocation process for our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring their international move is planned, executed, and completed smoothly. You will coordinate with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to provide a seamless moving experience.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Client Coordination: Serve as the main contact for customers, guiding them through the entire international moving process.
- Logistics Planning: Arrange and oversee shipments via air, sea, and land freight, ensuring timely delivery.
- Documentation Management: Assist clients in preparing customs paperwork, declarations, and other required documents.
- Carrier & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with shipping lines, freight carriers, and partners to ensure smooth transportation.
- Customer Service: Provide proactive updates, address concerns,



and resolve any issues that arise during the move.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all shipments comply with international moving regulations and customs requirements.
- Problem‑Solving: Handle unexpected delays, damaged shipments, or logistical challenges with quick and effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in international moving, freight forwarding, or logistics (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and shipments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs processes are a plus.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Multilingual skills (a plus).
