What You Will Do

- Become an expert in Insider One products.
- Make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing best practice advice to customers to optimize Insider One effectiveness.
- Proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate, and provide on‑time and around‑the‑clock insights and solutions to the partners.
- Provide exemplary pre‑sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation.
- Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C‑level contacts and their teams.
- Outstanding professional, sales,



and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
