Career Coaches help ensure that our graduates are job ready by their graduation date. They support the success of the Career Services team by coaching 150–200 students / graduates in group settings, and hosting workshops. This role is hands‑on coaching, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, streamlined processes,



and effective problem‑solving.

What you will do

1. Career Coaching & Student Support: Manage a portfolio of 150–200 students in a group format, with 1:1 office hours as needed.
2. Provide ongoing career coaching, including support for escalated or reassigned students.
3. Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, and cover letters, delivering feedback within 24 hours.
4. Conduct mock HR/cultural fit interviews and assess performance using internal guidelines.
5. Track student progress in internal systems and proactively flag risks (e.g., disengagement, delays).
