We are conducting a customer service campaign for a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. The focus is on resolving issues related to customer orders through chat, phone calls, and emails.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with any problems they encounter with their orders.
- Ensure a smooth resolution process across chat, phone, and email channels.

Qualifications

- Advanced English skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

- Basic Salary 2,848,000 + 100,000 health allowance + 15% performance bonus + all legal benefits.

Training & Schedule

- Training Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. based on seasonal needs; one or two weeks plus one week of transitional nesting.
- Work 44 hours per week with a fixed schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., including two days off per week.

Contract & Start Date

- Permanent contract that includes all legal benefits.
- Start date: 9th of October 2025.

Location

- Work on-site at Connecta Bogotá: Cll 26 #92-32.
