As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and internal teams can seamlessly use the platform. You will work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to configure backend systems, manage demo environments, and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend
- Manage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as needed
- Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases
- Follow established operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Several years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative roles requiring high attention to detail
- Comfort working within structured workflows and product-related processes
