Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Medellín for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content across platforms, and optimizing social media performance. Duties include managing online presence, improving audience interaction,



tracking social media analytics, and aligning content strategies with company goals. Collaboration with internal teams to maintain brand consistency will also be a key focus.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of real estate or related industries is a plus
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Medellín and collaborate effectively within a team
