Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive customer support through the different channels defined by the operation, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, effective resolution requests, and compliance with quality and productivity standards established by the company and the end client.
Educational Background
1. High School Diploma.
2. Preferably studies in administrative or related fields.
Required Experience
1. Previous experience in phone-based customer service is a plus.

3. Advanced English proficiency (B2) to handle bilingual interactions
