About the Role

We are looking for a customer‑oriented service representative. You will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, providing product/service information and resolving any emerging problems our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Who You Are

You are someone genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, passionately communicative, and an active listener, able to advocate for your customer's needs and gather feedback to improve our service.



Problem‑solving comes naturally to you, and you are confident at troubleshooting and investigating unresolved complaints. Your main goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call‑handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRMs and best practices
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work with different systems and willingness to learn new tools
