What you will do
Esta posición reporta directamente a Customer Collaboration Lead y se ubica en Cali.
Cuál será tu función
Responsable de garantizar la ejecución, mantenimiento y desarrollo del programa de colaboración con clientes claves del mercado de Colombia y de la región norte de Latinoamérica. Liderar el relacionamiento y proyectos con los clientes desde la perspectiva de cadena de abastecimiento y crear relaciones sólidas con las áreas internas para ofrecer una óptima experiência de servicio a los clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Ser el contacto principal desde cadena de abastecimiento para los clientes asignados.
- Construir y mantener relaciones solidas de colaboración a lo largo de toda la cadena de abastecimiento de los clientes, así como con los equipos internos.
- Liderar y ejecutar el cronograma de reuniones periódicas con clientes y liderar la ejecución de las tareas y/o proyectos resultant
