DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the host and presenter for live online games, engaging players with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
- Conduct game sessions in accordance with company standards, ensuring smooth flow, accuracy, and an enjoyable player experience.
- Maintain a polished on-camera presence, demonstrating agility, focus, and adaptability throughout each broadcast.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Continuously enhance presentation quality, contributing to an engaging atmosphere that encourages player retention and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent at native level in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
- Professional demeanor, self-discipline, and a positive attitude under all circumstances.




- Willingness to learn and adapt through training to meet company performance and quality standards.
- Confidence in performing in front of the camera and representing the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
