This role will report to the Director, Learning Experience supporting Global Product and Value Added Solutions (VAS) Learning at Visa University.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities:




Learning Strategy & Instructional Design:
- Partner with the Director of General Product & VAS Learning Experience and learning partners on upcoming roadmaps/projects engaging in discovery, design, capacity planning and resourcing
- Integrate Generative AI into both content development and learner experience design—using AI-driven personalization, adaptive pathways, and conversational interfaces to elevate engagement and scalability.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Visa to understand learning needs and design effective and efficient learning curriculum and solutions, leveraging the latest in adult learning principles, internal guidelines, accessibility/WCAG, and design thinking
- Design and develop innovative and scalable global learning solutions using immersive learning technologies that leverage AI, methods and formats (i.e., rapid eLearning authoring tools, custom graphics, audio, and video) to meet b
