Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and implement automated tests and validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across pipelines and data platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve data-related defects or quality issues.
- Develop and maintain testing tools, scripts, and processes to support continuous integration, deployment, and data quality monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails for building scalable automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and data validation, including writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance
- Hands-on experience with React, ElasticSearch, Redis, and Sidekiq in test automation and performance validation
- Familiarity with TypeScript and modern front-end testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright is a plus
- Proven ability to design, implement,



and maintain end-to-end test automation across APIs, UIs, and data pipelines
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Strong analytical and debugging skills for identifying data inconsistencies and system bottlenecks
- Solid understanding of QA principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high code quality
