Position: CCTV Specialist

Location: Bogota, Colombia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure CCTV systems are fully operational, well-maintained, and consistently monitored, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the control room and ensure all equipment functions efficiently with timely maintenance and servicing
- Monitor camera status daily, ensuring clear visuals, proper recording, and full system connectivity
- Troubleshoot technical issues, implement system improvements, and perform regular preventive maintenance
- Train and support CCTV operators, ensuring proper system use and adherence to procedures
- Collaborate with Network and Storage teams to ensure data integrity, connectivity, and system reliability
- Maintain CCTV software on all devices and provide 24/7 on-call support for any CCTV emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Spanish, with good command in English, both verbal and written




- Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation/Control System Engineering
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and related software
- Proven experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV setups
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments
- Experience with Milestone or similar VMS platforms preferred
- Familiarity with SAN, NAS, and DAS storage systems preferred
- Working knowledge of LAN administration, user management, and backups
- Experience with server and storage hardware (HP, Dell, EMC, Blade) preferred
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Available to respond CCTV emergencies around the clock.
