Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Medellín office. Our company specializes in technology integration, hospitality solutions, furniture technology, and low-voltage systems for U.S.based clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medellín office.
- Implement operational processes that align with U.S. company standards and goals.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between Medellín operations and the U.S. headquarters.
- Promote a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

2. Project & Technical Operations
- Support projects involving low-voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, automation, and A/V.
- Coordinate hospitality and furniture technology workflows, ensuring technical accuracy and design alignment.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Ensure teams follow best practices, checklists, and quality standards.

Remote Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise Medellín-based employees who work remotely for U.S. projects.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular check-ins.
- Ensure high levels of communication, accountability, and productivity.
- Facilitate coordination between Medellín staff and U.S. managers.

4. Procurement, Logistics & Administration
- Manage purchasing of equipment, materials, and technology for projects.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and vendor communication, both locally and internationally.
- Track operational expenses, manage budgets, and generate reports.
- Maintain organized administrative processes and documentation.

5. Customer & Hospitality Support
- Support U.S. hospitality operations, ensuring consistent service quality and responsiveness.
