Senior QA Analyst:
What's the role?:
You will work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, product owners, and project managers to maintain high-quality standards and support continuous delivery pipelines.

What will you do?:
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom-built features.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and documentation aligned to business and technical requirements.
- Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations with third-party systems.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; collaborate with developers and admins to reproduce, resolve, and verify fixes.
- Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including coordinating with business stakeholders and providing training or user guidance when needed.
- Validate data accuracy, system workflows,



boundary cases, and end-to-end business processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, refinement, QA readiness, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to knowledge management through documentation, test artifacts, and process improvements.
- Assist in improving QA processes, standards, and automation opportunities across Salesforce environments.

What do we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst/Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with manual testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations.
- Experience writing and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts.
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, functional testing, integration testing, and defect management.
