What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

What You Bring:
- Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Medellín (this is not a remote role).
