British-Tradition International School Seeking a Library Professional
We are looking for a Library Professional to support and guide the information and documentation needs of all users of the school library. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical and cultural strategies to foster a love of reading, reading comprehension, and reading habits across various ages and educational levels.
Key responsibilities include assisting with user education and training processes, producing instructional materials and user guides, organizing, locating, and lending library materials, supporting the technical processing of collections, completing physical material processing, and providing friendly and timely service to all library users in accordance with established policies.
1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Library Science,
Information Science, or related fields
- Applied knowledge of office software tools, classification, and cataloging of texts
2. WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in educational institutions
3. ENGLISH
- Level B2 (It will be evaluated during the process.)
Work Location: Suba (Bogotá) - On-site position.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
