Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- All contact and coordination activities are properly done in a timely and cost-effective way.
- Make the activity records correctly, in the assigned control tool for the function, generating efficient communication flows, which help to guarantee the success of the function for the company.
- Ensure the timely filing and update of the activities under its responsibility, to allow the generation of performance indicators for the team.
- To edit and maintain shipments in TMS (Transportation Management System) or the applicable system according to process instructions.
- Frequently check over the Transport Management System monitors and manage the pre-advice shipments.
- To work safely with all relevant regulations (IATA) as well as laws and ordinances
- To use and maintain the available tools_._
- To keep proper communication with national and international offices stations of World Courier as needed in a kindly and timely manner.
- Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.

Education:
- Degree in foreign trade, business administration,



logistics, industrial engineering or related careers from an accredited university, with 6 months of experience minimum 8 semester student in the same careers with 1,5 years of experience or Technician in the same careers with 2,5 years of experience.

Work Experience:
- Experience in the logistics

Skills and knowledge required:
- Intermediate Oral and written English desirable.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints and pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of generating customer confidence.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and teamwork
- Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Work schedule flexibility.
