Job Opening - Payroll Associate

Client: Vensure
Location: On-site, Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (availability between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Position Overview

This is a dynamic and challenging role, ideal for individuals who can think and react quickly while delivering exceptional customer service. The Payroll Associate will be responsible for accurately processing and recording client payrolls, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing high-quality client support.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage multiple payroll cycles for clients.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
- Accurately calculate wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
- Process quarterly and annual reports with precision.
- Generate ad hoc reports for clients.
- Collaborate with clients in payroll environments to manage assistance, processing, and reporting.




- Resolve payroll-related inquiries and system issues.
- Coordinate end-to-end payroll activities with clients.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, including follow-up and accountability.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:
- English proficiency:B2+ to C1 level required.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
