This is a remote contractor role for someone who is available to answer calls between 8 am to 4 pm during Central Time (U.S.) business hours. You'll work closely with leadership and play a key role in ensuring leads are handled professionally, systems stay organized, and marketing momentum stays consistent.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- You follow up consistently until the next step is booked or clearly closed out.
- You communicate clearly: what's done, what's in progress, what you need.
- You take instructions well, ask smart questions, and execute without confusion.
- You keep HubSpot/CRM up to date-no missing data, no loose ends.
- You maintain a stable work environment (strong internet + reliable power).

Responsibilities:
Lead Handling + Client Communication (Primary):
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
- Qualify new leads and enter/update them in the CRM (HubSpot)
