We are seeking a Disaster Recovery Manager IT to lead our efforts in managing critical IT incidents, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity crisis response. This role will oversee teams handling live threats, coordinate technical and business responses during high-impact events, and ensure the organization is prepared to maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and execute disaster recovery plans for data centers, cloud platforms, and critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to cybersecurity incidents such as ransomware, phishing, or intrusions.
- Supervise SOC (Security Operations Center) teams monitoring, detecting, and responding to threats.
- Document, analyze, and continuously improve incident response and business continuity strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and crisis simulations to strengthen organizational preparedness.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders during crisis events.





Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, incident management, or SOC leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, cloud platforms, and business continuity planning.
- Proven experience leading and supervising technical teams.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred for global coordination).
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or similar) are a strong plus.
