We are currently looking for Customer Support Agents in Colombia with BPO experience to join our growing remote team.
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Support Agent who can deliver clear, structured, and solution-focused support to customers.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping users navigate complex topics, resolve issues efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat.
- Meet performance metrics (Call Handling, CSAT, QA, etc.).
- Simplify complex information into clear, easy-to-understand responses.
- Investigate issues thoroughly and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams for problem-solving.
- Accurately document interactions in ticketing systems.
- Work independently while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Must be based in Colombia.
- B2 English level or higher (written & spoken).
- Previous BPO/customer support experience in similar roles and/or scope of work.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication
- Solution-oriented and self-driven.
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Available to start soon.
