The Finance Representative is responsible for assisting the accounting team to achieve department goals by reviewing, verifying, and posting the designated invoices in each of the accounting systems depending on their vendor and type of invoice. This role involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Review the Rejected, Duplicated, Deleted, Ignored, and Fail Conversion Statuses to send them to the correct team depending on the file sent by the vendor otherwise, let know the POC to get her advice.

· Review the “unsubmitted and invoices” folder to determine the reason why they were rejected by the vendors and proceed accordingly with the solution to pass the invoice to the Invoice Processor Team.

· Review the new vendors’ invoices to update them accordingly and proceed with the information to pass the invoice to the “Invoice Processor Team”.





Handle the reception of the invoices in SAP Concur so that the Processor team can process them.

· The employee must also accomplish other duties as assigned by the client and LSG.

EDUCATION

Technologists or professional graduated or studying careers related to Accounting , Business administration, Business, International relations, Industrial engineer (Preferable)

SKILLS REQUIRED

- English Fluency (B2 - C1)
- Computer literacy, including the ability to operate accounting and logistics software, spreadsheets, and word processing programs.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
