The employer is looking for a Digital Data Analyst to help drive the client’s digital analytics and technology platform supporting their A/B testing program and merchandising product teams. You will play a key role in analyzing A/B tests to drive data‑driven decision‑making and optimize products and services. You will own analyses and integration projects from beginning to end, including opportunity identification, problem scoping, analysis framing and execution, and dashboarding results to project stakeholders and internal leadership. You will be a core part of the team that is driving forward data and technology‑based decision making in the client’s digital footprint around the world.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in digital data analytics
- Strong experience with programming language such as SQL to perform statistical analysis
- Exceptional knowledge of PowerBI for data visualization and reporting




- 2+ years of experience using Google or Adobe Analytics to drive insight and support product teams (GA4)
- Experience with AB testing platforms and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- Exceptional advocacy and consensus building skills to drive adoption of data driven initiatives
- Desire to learn new analytics toolkits and techniques as shown through self‑study or coursework

- Perform statistical analysis to evaluate test results, including significance testing and confidence interval calculations.
- Work directly with product teams to help identify and prioritize opportunities to improve our digital ordering process.
