Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver strategy‑driven communications and training content across written, visual, and multimedia formats.
- Produce and manage video and podcast content end to end (scripting, production, editing).
- Own or support internal communication, training, and content management platforms and tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, accessible, on‑brand messaging, including ethics‑related communications and training.
- Track, analyze, and report on communication metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.

Required Knowledge and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation design skills (PowerPoint, slide decks).
- Multimedia production expertise, including video editing, podcast production, and visual branding.
- Digital communications and marketing tools (Salesforce Cloud, web design, CMS).
- Training delivery capabilities, including live facilitation and familiarity with digital training tools (e.g., Synthesia).
