Responsibilities

- Line manage Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and UX Designers, leading performance reviews and career development plans.
- Create and sustain an environment of psychological safety, inclusion, and high trust across teams.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver roadmap outcomes.
- Oversee technical decision‑making through review and constructive challenge of proposals.
- Manage team capacity, task prioritization, and resolution of critical dependencies.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top‑tier technical talent to strengthen the department.
