Treasury Accounting Associate

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday

English Level: Advanced (C1 – Required)

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Accounting Associate to join a stable international operation. This role is focused on payment processing, reconciliations, and accounting support, working closely with finance and operations teams.

This is an operational role, idóneo for candidates with experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations, looking for stability and long‑term growth.

Main Responsibilities

- Process and validate payments (vendors, invoices, and operational expenses)
- Perform bank reconciliations and review financial transactions
- Support Accounts Payable and payment tracking activities




- Prevent duplicate or incorrect payments through proper validation
- Prepare basic cash and payment reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment‑related issues

Requirements

- Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Accounts Payable
- Hands‑on experience with bank reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience using accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Advanced English (C1) – mandatory
- Ability to work in a structured, repetitive, and operational environment
