We’re looking for an Art Director in Omnicom Production LATAM

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just design, but visually directs stories, experiences, and digital campaigns that truly connect.

What will you do?

- Develop strong creative concepts in collaboration with the production team.
- Build strategic relationships with creative leaders within the agency.
- Work as part of a duo with Copywriters and in synergy with production to create memorable pieces.
- Co‑create alongside Copywriters and Information Architects from concept to execution.
- Translate client feedback into smart and effective visual solutions.
- Actively collaborate with Project Management to review progress and define final concepts.
- Defend your ideas in front of clients with clarity and confidence.

What are we looking for in you?

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing,



graphic design, or similar creative industries.
- Background in advertising design, visual communication, or conceptual thinking.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste, creativity, and technical skill.
- Experience with digital content: websites, email marketing, interactive tools, search.
- Ability to build coherent and impactful visual systems for advertising pieces.
- Proficiency with digital design tools.
- Previous experience as an Art Director or Associate Art Director (preferred).
- Knowledge of emerging platforms (mobile, tablets, etc.) is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and creative hunger.
