As a detail-oriented Artworker, you will ensure the flawless execution of design concepts by translating them into high-quality, production-ready artwork across both print and digital formats. You will focus on technical precision and the delivery of accurate, commercially focused multi-channel artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Production: Create ARA’s (Annual Reports), large enquiries, reports, interactive forms, and print/media-ready artwork. Finalize and prepare designs for production, adhering to precise specifications for various channels.
- Accessibility Standards: Expert creation of Web Accessibility-compliant PDFs and 20pt PDFs following integral WCAG standards.
- Quality Assurance: Full responsibility for quality checking your own work as well as performing cross-checks on the work of others to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Technical Precision: Demonstrate exceptional typography and layout skills with a strong attention to detail.



Perform expert retouching of imagery and digital asset management.
- Versioning & Adaptation: Version and adapt campaign assets efficiently across multiple formats and regions while maintaining brand consistency and technical integrity.
- Technical Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and expert skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for high-end corporate document production.

Knowledge, Skills +Experience

- 3+ years in a fast-paced studio environment, specifically focused on the creation of annual reports and multi-channel technical artwork.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Deep understanding of pre-press and digital production workflows. Proactive in seeking out and correcting errors.
