What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create high-performing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into visual assets quickly.
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output.
- Adapt content formats based on feedback and performance data.
- Maintain visual consistency aligned with Empresa confidencial’s brand.
Must-Have Requirements
- English proficiency (B2+ or higher) – written and spoken.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) or strong interest in using AI in creative workflows.
- Open to feedback and fast iteration cycles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
