At Omnicom Production LATAM, the Content Delivery Associate is a key player in bringing global 360° campaigns to life, across TV, OLV/CTV, digital, social, audio, DOOH, and in-store platforms.

This role partners with the Content Delivery Lead and Manager to ensure flawless end-to-end execution. From translating media and platform requirements into clear deliverables, to managing clearance processes, performing quality checks, and keeping documentation up-to-date, you’ll make sure creative assets are delivered accurately, on time, and to spec.

You’ll collaborate with Producers, Post-Production, Media/Ad Ops, Business Affairs, Talent, and Asset Manager, becoming a vital operational partner in the campaign delivery process.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
- Solid understanding of production workflows and creative distribution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills




- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate project workflows and timelines
- Translate production and platform specs into clear deliverable lists
- Support general clearance processes and CID/taxonomy assignments
- Prepare final delivery packages and traffic instructions aligned with media buys
- Perform QC on assets and coordinate fixes
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and status updates
