The role also provides essential support to internal and external audits, ensures compliance with ICS controls, and collaborates closely with Global Services (GS) and other stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

In summary, this position is responsible for driving automation in cash allocation processes, supporting month‑end close activities, preparing key performance and financial reports and audit support/evidence.

How you create impact

- Cash Allocation & Automation
- Oversee bank balances, reconciliation for completeness of Cash allocation, Credit Cards or other institutions, etc.
- Support local country in visibility of short‑term cash forecast, cash collection, etc., as assigned.
- Daily collaboration and organizing of workload with GS to ensure daily posting of cash allocations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Month‑End Close & Subledger Review
- Perform month‑end close activities including A/R subledger reconciliations
- Responsible for (or coordination of) all month‑end close preparation (i.e. clear invoices posted with errors, ensure cash allocation complete, run bad debt provision, etc.) per company and responsible timely for Accounts Receivables sub‑ledger closing for month end (per schedule).
- Responsible for interest Invoice Reconciliation process
- Manage and complete AR webforms for all AR Exhibits
- Prepare and deliver reports including KPIs, month‑end reports,



and collection results.

- Accounting & Treasury Support

- Assist with KC accounting and treasury‑related tasks.
- Coordinate with general ledger, cash allocation and treasury departments.
- Collaborate with other DF‑K Cash Management & Reporting Managers on General Projects
- Conduct monthly meetings with the GS Cash Allocation Leadership Team.
- Process customer refunds and manage freight audit claims.
- Liaison and provide all required documentation to internal and external audits.
- Complete bank verification forms and other documentation as required.
- Coordination of work for any local, tax or governance requirements as related to cash allocation receipts and or requested by local company

What we would like you to bring

- A university degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field is required.
- Experience in finance operations, treasury, or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivables and Credit Risk process.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
