About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Junior Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting team. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this role is accounts receivable-focused, with opportunities to support broader accounting projects as needed.

This role is idóneo for someone who has experience in small to mid-sized company environments, where adaptability, ownership, and wearing multiple hats are essential. You'll gain hands-on, functional accounting experience and exposure to day-to-day accounting operations in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Support and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
- Prepare, send, and track invoices
- Manage invoice adjustments (e.g., crediting an invoice)
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and records
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes
- Process accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) transactions in compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit‑ready documentation




- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial data
- Support expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting efforts
- Help implement accounting best practices and process improvements
- Jump into other accounting projects and ad‑hoc tasks as business needs evolve

Requirements

- 1-2 years of accounting experience (including internships or entry-level roles)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and day-to-day workflows
- Functional accounting experience, including:
- Creating and sending invoices
- Understanding AR impact on financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Background in small to mid-sized companies where roles are less siloed and adaptability is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with
