Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Junior Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is idóneo for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in talent sourcing. As a Junior Sourcer, you will support the recruitment team of one of our largest accounts and leading healthcare provider, by identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, helping to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

As a Junior Sourcer, you’ll be the creative and strategic gatekeeper who identifies and engages the best talent to start our client’s recruitment process. You’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth by sourcing high-quality candidates for key positions and collaborating with our team to meet client needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, autonomy, and collaboration while delivering results.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and maintain communication to build interest in open roles.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports.
- Ensure performance and quality standards and operational metrics are met.
- Assist in analyzing sourcing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
