- Manage and motivate Operations Managers to consistently meet goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
- Identify and implement service and process improvement opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Excellent management, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Ops Manager.
- 7+ years of experience in customer support strategy.
- Proven success in using data to drive behavior change in support organizations.
